After my article posted on Blog where i describe my terrible experience with Telecom experts in installation of Alice 20Mb HomeTv, I received many comments, signalation and Howto Requests, where people wants i refer about tecnical details to connect HomeTv and Internet in two different rooms.
I wrote this guide with technical details to connect 2 different rooms (one with HomeTV and the other one with some PC network connected) with a Router wireless Linksys WRT54G, thanks to OpenSource hardware and software power.

I'm waiting for your comments, signalations, because I would correct the guide in more "user friendly" way.

Important updates from today in some pages and section of the Website. I try to summerize in this list:
  • I've subsribed AdSense, google project that pay if you publish some sponsor's banners in your webpages. I think that's good to finance some projects, but surely i will cancel the spot if these cause slow loading of the pages, or no-money.
  • Updated Open Source for Windows both in the WebSite and in the Wiki: new software ready to use is waiting for you!
  • Updated the php version of my forum. Againist spam i have decided to put the forum moderated, now only registered users can post: let's subscrive you!
  • Updated links page, contacts page, (inserito anche il mio recapito SIP di VoIP), and curriculum page; the other ones has some changes and little updates.
  • New fotogallery, style, and new layout for the pics showing.
  • Important upgrade for Feed Rss, now it's alway updated with last news from blog.
  • Updated the Blog, with new articles.
  • Added in Blog, the new NewsLetter, where the users can subscrive to be always updated with the lastest news from Blog (warning, this newsletter is Blog NL, and it's different than the general one. I suggest to subscribe both).
  • New Guides and "Tips and Tricks" available on Wiki 
  • Wap site, updated with lastest news.

First News of the new year! My WebSite has changed his style; with new css-based structure, is more accessible even from browser like IE (that doesn't respect the w3c starndards). It's more simple browse the "Hot" pages of the site like the TCPA one or the Open&Free Software for Windows List.
The services that i'm offering are improved to offer more quality to my visitors. In the Home Page, for example, is possible to see the last Blog news.

I'm wait your comments in theForum section dedicated to this innovation.

From today, the old Blog ( http://blog.virgilio.it ) is replaced to new WordPress platform, that offer more flexibility and more features than Virgilio's (I wanna thank virgilio that offer me space and a lot of friends).
The real active life of this website is now on my new Blog that will be always up to date and it could be more rich thanks to your comments and, why not, to your articles and contents, that you could be add after the log-in.

  • New born for this WebSite!
